In 2013, Val Catt was finishing up her master's degree when her son, Daniel Joglar was cited in high school and court ordered to take anger management and decision making. The classes were poor quality and expensive. This prompted Val to start creating court ordered education. In fact, Val's online decision-making course (created in 2013) was the first in the Nation. Then, in 2014, Val founded American By God Integrity Rehabilitation online certified courses. In 2015 Val presented her courses to Harris County JP and her founded company became a service provider.
